Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the following business day. Express orders are prioritised at picking.

We ship via Australia Post eParcel and Sendle depending on parcel size and destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Large or bulky orders

Do you offer free shipping?
No. We pass through live carrier rates so you pay the actual delivery cost for your order and destination — with no flat-rate markup and no free-shipping thresholds.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking confirmation by email at dispatch. Delivery timeframes then depend on your location and chosen service.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or site addresses?
Australia Post deliveries can be sent to PO Boxes. For site deliveries, please ensure someone is available to sign — Australia Post will redirect to your nearest post office if no one is present. Add delivery instructions at checkout for unusual site addresses.
What if my order contains back-ordered items?
Your full order will be held until all items are in stock and dispatched together. If you need in-stock items urgently, we recommend placing two separate orders. Our team will contact you if there are any significant delays.
